Registration:   A non-refundable registration and supply fee of $50.00 is to be paid at the time the child is enrolled.  Enrollment is not completed until this fee is paid.  A completed registration package is required.

Monthly tuition $105/mo, $90/mo:  The Preschool Board determines the monthly tuition.  For the school year beginning September 2011, the tuition for a three-day per week class is $105.00 per month.  The tuition for the two-day per week class is $90.00 per month.  Tuition is due 9 months per year (September-May).  Tuition is required regardless of school holidays, vacation periods, or closure due to inclement weather.

Families with siblings attending Shining Stars classes during the same month, receive a $10 per month reduction per month, per child.

For the school year beginning September 2011, families who prepay for a child through the end of the school year receive a $10.00 per month reduction (not applicable if less than three months remain in the school year).
     • Three-day class: $855.00 per year
     • Two-day class: $720.00 per year

 If you withdraw your child early, please provide us at least 2 weeks advance notice.  Tuition will be prorated and refunded as approprite.

If you anticipate an extended absence for any reason, such as a family trip or other activity, you can pay one-half the normal monthly tuition rate for the time the child will be gone.

The children are placed in classes according to their age as of August 31, and will remain in that class for the entire school year.  Children must be between the ages of 3 and 5 years to attend Shining Stars Preschool.  Preschool children must be toilet trained.

Late payment fee $5: Payment is due no later than the first preschool day of each month.  Payment made after the 10th of the month will be assessed a late payment fee of $5.

Returned check fee $20: A returned check fee will be charged of $20 for any check returned by the bank for non payment.  If this becomes a continuing problem, advance payment will be requested in cash or by money order.

Late pickup fee $5 per 10 minutes: Please be on time.  There will be a $5.00 late fee charged for every 10 minutes you are late picking up your child.
