Members of the Kennewick First Christian Church enjoy a rich and varied music program during our worship services. There are groups for people of all ages who love to sing in joyful celebration of Christ.

Each of these groups is also involved in the Tri-City community. They sing at nursing homes, community festivals and other church sponsored events.

The Chancel Choir The Chancel Choir invites all adults and high school students who love to sing.

This choir performs nearly every Sunday during the worship service. Weekly rehearsals are held at 7 pm on Wednesdays.

A highlight from this past season included a beautiful performance of the Christmas Cantata.

The Chancel Choir is directed by Susie Krueger.
Young Disciple Singers

The Young Disciple Singers is our choir for children, Kindergarten through the 8th grade. This group sings a variety of contemporary and traditional Christian music. They perform once a month during the Sunday morning worship hour. Weekly rehearsals are held at 6 pm on Wednesdays.

The focus of the group is to encourage love of God and each other through music and singing. All children are welcome. No musical experience is necessary.

The Young Disciple Singers are directed by Ann Green.
Pure Joy

PURE JOY! is a group of musicians from the church who offer their music to the morning service once a month. Their program includes joyful contemporary music and is always lots of fun.

Accompanied with guitars, saxophone and drums, the music provides diversity to the worship music program. The group practices each Thursday at 6:00 PM.

The MKB Trio The MKB Trio sings contemporary Christian music at church services and events. The three singers, Myel, Kathy and Bev share their initials with the group name which also stands for "My King's Blessing".
